Each order is handled with care, using strict agro-processing and packaging standards. Because our products are perishable, certain conditions apply to returns and refunds.

Refunds

For food safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any consumable items once delivered.
This includes:

  • Oven-dried products
  • Frozen items
  • Grains, flours & spices
  • Packaged food items

Once a product leaves our facility, it cannot be resold or restocked.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A broken seal
  • Wrong items
  • Spoiled or compromised goods

Please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

Send the following to our WhatsApp or email:

  • Clear photos or videos of the product
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will verify the claim and provide one of the following:

A refund (in rare, confirmed cases)

Missing Items

If any item from your order is missing, notify us within 24 hours with proof, and we will ensure it is delivered or compensated.

No Refund for Late Park Pickups

For deliveries sent to motor parks for pickup, please collect your order promptly. We are not responsible for spoilage caused by:

Delays caused by transport companies

Late pickup

Poor storage after pickup

Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

Refunds are sent to the original payment method (Direct Bank Transfer)

Processing takes 3–7 business days

International Shipping

Because of logistics complexity, international orders (US, UK, Canada):

But will be replaced or compensated if products arrive damaged (with valid proof)
